Shipping policy

Policy for packages sent from Printify: We will replace or refund any damaged or misprinted items. Please send a photo of the item(s) within 10 days of receiving delivery to resolve this issue.

Policy for packages sent from business address:

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by service selected at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship to Canada & Mexico via USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days from the date of shipment, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lost N' Found Fossils has no control over customs delays or additional fees assessed by your country's customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages All shipments include USPS carrier insurance — up to $100 for domestic orders and up to $200 for international orders. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a USPS claim.
